Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been a trusted choice in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it a staple in many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This exercise tubing is an economical solution for both upper and lower body exercises, being lightweight, portable, and durable. It can be used effectively on its own or in conjunction with handles and anchors. The tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, which are easily identified using the Thera-Band® color sequence, available in eight resistance levels: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold, with levels ranging from least to greatest resistance. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are also offered for those with sensitivities. This specific kit includes a 25' roll of black tubing, categorized as extra heavy.
