The lightweight, compact, and portable tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use in various locations, including hotel rooms. This kit includes a 30" 5-piece set comprising one each of yellow, red, green, blue, and black tubing. Each piece features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a secure grip. The exerciser utilizes the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels, which range from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance). The tubing is available in seven levels of resistance to accommodate progressive exercise needs and comes in three lengths to suit different applications. The low powder exercise tubing is constructed of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
