The lightweight, compact, and portable tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use anywhere, including hotel rooms. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for enhanced comfort and a secure grip. The kit includes a Cando® Bowtie exerciser, which is available in 7 resistance levels identified by the Thera-Band® color sequence: tan (least resistance), yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver (greatest resistance). Additionally, the exerciser comes in 3 lengths to meet varying needs, with the current unit being a 30" black option classified as x-heavy resistance. The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is manufactured from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
