The Cando® Hold-Rite™ padded handles kit includes 10 pairs of foam padded ridged handles designed for ease of use with exercise bands and tubing. Each handle features a self-locking "Adjuster" that securely holds the band and tubing in place during strenuous exercises. Users can easily increase or decrease the resistance of the exerciser by adjusting the length of the exercise band or tubing with the self-locking mechanism. This design offers versatility and comfort for a variety of workouts.
