The tubing exerciser is a lightweight, compact, and portable solution for strengthening and conditioning workouts, suitable for use in various settings, including hotel rooms. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a firm grasp. The product is licensed by Cando® to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The tubing with handles is available in 7 levels of resistance ranging from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance) and in 3 lengths to meet different user needs. The resistance levels facilitate progressive exercise, while the length of the tubing is measured from end to end when laid flat and taut. The low powder exercise tubing is constructed from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The kit includes a 48" 5-piece set consisting of one each of yellow, red, green, blue, and black tubing.
