It includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a firm grasp. CanDo® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The tubing with handles exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance for progressive exercise: tan (xx-light), yellow (light), red (medium), green (medium-heavy), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), and silver (xx-heavy). It also comes in 3 lengths to accommodate different needs. The length represents the tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut. CanDo® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The dimensions for the tan variant are 48 inches in length.
