The lightweight, compact, and portable tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use even in small spaces like hotel rooms. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles that provide comfort and a secure grip. Cando® is licensed to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The tubing exerciser is available in seven levels of resistance—tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver—ranging from least to greatest resistance, and in three lengths to meet varying user needs. The length of the tubing, measured from end to end when taut and laid flat, accommodates diverse exercise requirements. The set includes five pieces of low powder exercise tubing in 36 inches, with one of each color: yellow, red, green, blue, and black. Please note that the tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may trigger allergic reactions.
