Cando® high-quality latex resistive exercise tubing is utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, becoming essential in many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercise is lightweight, portable, and durable, effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. The tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, following the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. It is available in eight resistance levels, ranging from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. The kit includes a 100' dispenser roll of black tubing, classified as extra heavy resistance. The low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with latex sensitivities.
