Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, including in hotel rooms. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a secure grip. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, making resistance levels easily identifiable. The tubing with handles exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance, ranging from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver. There are also 3 lengths available to meet various needs, with lengths representing the tubing from end to end when taut: 18", 36", and 48". The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. This kit includes a 3 piece full body set in black with x-heavy resistance.
