Cando® high quality latex free resistive exercise tubing, a staple in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, is designed for both upper and lower body exercise. This economic solution is lightweight, portable, and durable, making it effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. The exercise tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. The tubing is available in 8 resistance levels ranging from least to greatest strength: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. This 100' dispenser roll features red tubing, categorized as light resistance.
