Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser assists in performing strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, even in hotel rooms. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a firm grasp. CanDo® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, making resistance levels easily identifiable. The Bowtie exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance for progressive exercise and 3 lengths to accommodate differing needs. The resistance levels, listed from least to greatest strength, are tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver. The length refers to the distance of the tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut. CanDo® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The kit includes a 3-piece set with tubing lengths of 14", 22", and 30", all in silver.
