Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, suitable even for use in a hotel room. It includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for enhanced comfort and a firm grip. Cando® is authorized to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence, making resistance levels easily identifiable. The tubing exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance for progressive exercise: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, ranging in strength from least to greatest resistance. Additionally, it comes in 3 lengths to accommodate different needs, specifically 18", 36", and 48". The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. This kit includes a 3-piece full body set in yellow with x-light resistance.
