Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed to facilitate strengthening and conditioning workouts anywhere, including hotel rooms. The kit includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles that provide comfort and a secure grip. CANDO® is licensed to use the THERA-BAND® color sequence, allowing users to easily identify resistance levels. The tubing with handles is available in seven levels of resistance for progressive exercise, ranging from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance). It also comes in three lengths to accommodate different needs, with length representing the tubing's measurement from end to end when laid flat and taut. The CANDO® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. This specific set features five pieces with one each of yellow, red, green, blue, and black tubing.
