Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, making it suitable for use in hotel rooms. The kit includes a continuous tubing loop with two padded ankle/wrist cuffs, and the exerciser comes preassembled with a circumference of 35 inches. Cando® is licensed to use the TheraBand® color sequence, enabling easy identification of resistance levels. The tubing with cuff exerciser is available in seven levels of resistance for progressive exercise: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, ranging from least to greatest resistance. Additionally, it is available in three lengths to accommodate different user needs, with the length representing the tubing's size from end to end when laid flat and taut. The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, and is specifically a 35" black - x-heavy variant.
