Thera-Band® tubing is made of natural rubber and offers various resistance levels achieved by varying the thickness of the tubing, which are color-coded in proprietary Thera-Band® colors that increase in difficulty through seven levels from tan to silver. The color-coding system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results. The product is available in a 100' roll and the specific variant mentioned is black with a special heavy resistance level.
