Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it a staple in physical therapy and athletic training programs. The exercise tubing serves as an economical solution for both upper and lower body workouts, being lightweight, portable, and durable. It can be effectively used alone or in conjunction with handles and anchors. The tubing is color-coded to indicate resistance levels and is available in 8 resistance levels ranging from least to greatest: tan (XX-light), yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. Cando® exercise tubing is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, facilitating easy identification of resistance levels. The 100' dispenser roll features tan tubing in the XX-light category. Note that Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, and there are latex-free alternatives available for those with latex sensitivities.
