Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been a staple in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercise is lightweight, portable, and durable. The exercise tubing can be used effectively alone or with handles and anchors, and it is color-coded according to resistance levels for easy identification. The tubing is available in eight resistance levels, ranging from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, ensuring the resistance level is easily identifiable. This particular kit includes a 100' dispenser roll of yellow tubing, categorized as x-light resistance. The low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with latex sensitivities.
