The lightweight, compact, and portable tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, making it suitable for use even in hotel rooms. It features a continuous tubing loop with two padded ankle/wrist cuffs and comes preassembled with a circumference of 35 inches. Cando® has licensed the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The tubing exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance, ranging from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance), and offers 3 different lengths to accommodate various needs. The resistance levels include tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, with the length representing the tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut. The product is constructed from low powder natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. This kit includes a 5-piece set with one each of yellow, red, green, blue, and black tubing.
