Cando® Perf 100® economic bulk size roll features a true 100 yard roll of high-quality latex resistive exercise band packaged in a convenient dispenser box. The band is perforated every 5 feet, allowing for easy separation into 60 5-foot exercisers without the need for scissors. This exercise band has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, serving as a staple in numerous physical therapy programs. It offers an effective solution for both upper and lower body exercises, being lightweight, compact, and portable. The bands are durable and can be used alone or with handles and anchors. They are color-coded to indicate resistance levels, following the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. The available resistance levels range from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance), with a uniform width of 5 inches. The Cando® low powder exercise band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, though there are latex-free alternatives available. Each 100 yard Perf 100® roll comes with a 5 piece set including one each of yellow, red, green, blue, and black bands.
