Cando® Perf 100® economic bulk size roll is designed for large clinics and includes a true 100-yard roll of exercise band in a convenient dispenser box, perforated every 5 feet to provide 60 individual 5-foot exercisers. To prepare the band for use, simply pull a 5-foot length from the dispenser box and separate it along the perforation line by hand; no scissors are needed. This high-quality latex resistive exercise band has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it a staple in many physical therapy programs. The band serves as an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise, being lightweight, compact, and portable while remaining durable. It can be effectively used alone or with handles and anchors, and is color-coded according to resistance levels, following the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. The Cando® Perf 100® roll offers 8 levels of resistance, ranging from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance), with a uniform width of 5 inches. This particular roll is black and classified as x-heavy. The low powder exercise band is made from natural rubber latex, which may potentially cause allergic reactions, but latex-free alternatives are also available for those with sensitivities.
