Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing, a staple in clinics since 1987, is designed for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training in both physical therapy and athletic programs. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercises is lightweight, portable, and durable, effective for use alone or with handles and anchors. The tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, which are easily identified following the Thera-Band® color sequence: tan (least resistance), yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold (greatest resistance). The tubing is available in 8 resistance levels and is provided in a 100' dispenser roll, specifically in blue, categorized as heavy resistance. The low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, but latex-free alternatives are also available for those with sensitivities.
