Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, becoming a staple within many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercise is lightweight, portable, and durable, making it effective for use alone or with handles and anchors. The exercise tubing is color-coded according to resistance, and users can simply unroll the desired length and cut it with scissors. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels. Tubing is available in eight resistance levels, which range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. The product comes in a 100' dispenser roll, specifically in the color green, which indicates medium resistance. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, there are latex-free alternatives available for individuals with latex sensitivities.
