The AccuForce™ low-powder exercise band is packaged in a polybag for easy use; simply remove it from the packaging and it is ready to start exercising. This specially designed band enables users to achieve specific, repeatable, and measurable performance levels with each repetition, allowing them to visually monitor their exertion as the box changes from a rectangle to a square upon stretching. The CanDo® high-quality latex resistive exercise band has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987 and has become a staple in numerous physical therapy programs. It is an economical solution for upper and lower body exercises, being lightweight, compact, portable, and durable. The band is effective whether used alone or with handles and anchors. It is color-coded according to resistance levels, employing the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. There are eight levels of resistance available, ranging from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance). Each band has a uniform width of 5 inches and is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; latex-free alternatives are available for those with latex sensitivities. This specific model is a 4-foot yellow band categorized as x-light resistance.
