The resistance levels, ranging from least to greatest strength, are tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver. The length of the tubing is specified as 18 inches for the red, which is categorized as light. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
