Cando® resistive exercise band roll is packaged in a dispenser box, allowing users to unroll the desired length of exercise band and cut it with scissors. Since 1987, Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise bands have been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training, making them a staple in many physical therapy programs. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercise is lightweight, compact, portable, and durable, proving effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. The bands are color-coded according to resistance levels, following the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Available in eight levels of resistance ranging from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance), each band has a uniform width of 5 inches. Cando® low powder exercise bands are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with latex sensitivities. The roll measures 25 yards and comes in red, indicating a light resistance level.
