The AccuForce™ low-powder exercise band roll is packaged in a convenient dispenser box, allowing users to unroll their desired length of exercise band and cut it with scissors. This specially designed band enables users to monitor the amount of force being exerted during exercises, as the box shape changes from a rectangle to a square when stretched. Cando® high-quality latex resistive exercise bands have been utilized in rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, becoming a staple in many physical therapy programs. The exercise band serves as an economical solution for both upper and lower body workouts, being lightweight, compact, and portable, while also durable enough for independent use or in conjunction with handles and anchors. The bands are color-coded according to resistance levels, licensed to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification, and are available in 8 resistance levels ranging from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance). Each band measures 5" in width and is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with sensitivities. This particular kit comes in a box containing 40 pieces of 4' long red exercise bands, classified as light resistance.
