Cando® resistive band exerciser roll is packaged in a dispenser box, allowing users to unroll the desired length of exercise band and cut it with scissors. This high-quality synthetic latex-free exercise band has been utilized in physical therapy and athletic training by clinics, fitness centers, and individuals since 1987, becoming a staple in many physical therapy programs. The latex-free formula mimics the stretch characteristics of traditional latex bands, making it an economical solution for upper and lower body exercises. The band is lightweight, compact, and portable, while also being durable and effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. Cando® exercise bands are color-coded according to resistance levels, licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. The bands are available in 8 levels of resistance, with a uniform width of 5 inches, and the 50-yard rolls have a core that fits most dispenser racks. Resistance levels range from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold, with the specific roll described being the green band, which offers medium resistance.
