The Cando® resistive exercise band roll is packaged in a dispenser box, allowing users to unroll the desired length and cut it with scissors. This high-quality latex resistive exercise band has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it a staple in many physical therapy programs. It offers an economical solution for upper and lower body exercises and is lightweight, compact, and portable. The band is durable and effective for use alone or with handles and anchors. It features a color-coded system based on resistance levels, licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. The resistance levels are available in 8 progressive stages ranging from tan (XX-light) to gold (the highest resistance). The band has a uniform width of 5 inches and is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with sensitivities. The roll contains 25 yards of the tan band.
