Each band has a uniform width of 5 inches and the specific band included in this kit measures 4 feet in length and is black, categorized as x-heavy resistance. It's important to note that the low powder exercise band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, and there are latex-free alternatives available for individuals with latex sensitivities.
