Thera-Band® Soft Weights™ are designed with a soft cover and pliable filler, ensuring there are no hard edges or rims. Each weight measures 4-1/2" in diameter, making them suitable for a variety of exercises including strengthening, plyometrics, balance training, mobilization, and functional grip strength development. The ball is versatile for one or two hand activities and is comfortable to hold, conveniently fitting into a gym bag. This kit includes a Thera-Band® Soft Weights™ Ball - 6 piece set, which consists of one each in tan, yellow, red, green, blue, and black, along with a 1-tier rack.
