The Cuff® Rehabilitation wrist and ankle weight has been proven effective in hospitals for over 30 years, designed to contour and fit snugly around the ankle, wrist, and even thigh. It includes a long closure strap that ensures a secure and comfortable fit during strenuous exercise programs. Constructed with heavy-duty materials and featuring double-stitching throughout, each Cuff® exercise weight is color-coded and marked in both pounds and kilograms. The weights come with grommets for convenient hanging on any peg-board weight rack. The original Cuff® weight set includes seven pieces with weights of 1 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb, 4 lb, 5 lb, 7.5 lb, and 10 lb, and the assembled mobile rack measures 24 inches in length, 35 inches in width, and 48 inches in height.
