The Kemp USA infant/child/youth universal life vest features three adjustable belts made from weather-resistant polypropylene fabric, which is highly resistant to fading and strength loss due to UV exposure. The vest includes an adjustable between-the-leg strap for added safety and is USCG approved as a Type III life jacket/personal flotation device (PFD), as well as being Canada Transport certified.
