The Kemp USA head immobilizer is designed for ease of use and compatibility with most spine boards. It includes side blocks featuring wide Velcro closures for a secure fit, as well as two head/chin straps and a padded base plate that easily attaches to the board. This immobilizer contains no metal components, allowing it to be worn during X-ray, MRI, or CT scan procedures. It is waterproof and buoyant, making it suitable for water rescue scenarios.
