The Model 5500 Extreme Weight Dolly features a 3/8" thick steel plate that measures 23" from end to end and includes a 6" diameter straight sided well, finished in a yellow powder coat and equipped with drain holes. The dolly has a clearance of 2" from the floor and an overall height of 7-7/8". It is designed with Super Duty kingpin-less casters for increased durability in abusive or shock load applications. The dolly is fitted with 6" diameter by 2-1/2" phenolic resin wheels, which are capable of withstanding a high weight capacity and are suitable for various conditions including high heat, grease, oils, animal fats, acids, and detergents. Constructed from macerated fabric impregnated with phenolic resin, each wheel provides a weight capacity of 2000 lbs. per dolly, with each dolly weighing 80 lbs.
