Cold therapy with the Aircast® CryoCuff® combines compression and cold to effectively minimize swelling and pain. The set consists of a water cooler and a cuff, with the cooler designed to hold enough ice and water for 8 hours of cryotherapy. The compression is gravity controlled, and the cuffs are constructed from durable nylon and vinyl materials. The system can be used with the included gravity feed or a continuous Autochill electric pump, which is sold separately.
