The Relief-Pak® Cold N' Hot® compress features a comfortable soft fabric that conforms to the curves of your skin, making it gentle and frost-free for optimal skin care. This washable compress can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer, providing versatile relief for various conditions. When heated, it alleviates discomfort from ailments such as stiff neck, backache, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. Conversely, when chilled, it addresses discomfort from injuries, sprains and strains, muscle soreness, bruises, swelling, and tension headaches. The non-toxic, non-crystallizing gel ensures that the pack remains pliable and contours to the body whether heated or chilled. Additionally, the pack can be secured in place using a standard Velcro hook. The dimensions of the compress are circular, with a 10" diameter.
