The Re-Usable Hot Button® Hot Pack is designed to provide instant heat upon activation of the internal button, maintaining warmth for at least 30 minutes. The pack is recharged for future use by boiling it for approximately 10 minutes, allowing for at least 100 cycles of activation and recharging. The contents of the Hot Button® are non-toxic and composed of common food additives. To activate the pad, gently flex the internal disk back and forth until crystallization begins, resulting in a temperature of approximately 130°F (54°C). For cold therapy, the pack should be refrigerated, but not frozen. To revert the pack to a liquid state, wrap it in a cloth and submerge it in boiling water for 5 to 12 minutes. The overall dimensions of the pack are 10 inches by 11 inches.
