Relief Pak® moist heat packs and covers are designed for the effective application of moist heat therapy, providing 30 minutes of soothing relief for discomfort related to stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. These packs can be heated using water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit, and can be stored for future use after treatment. It is recommended to use a Relief Pak® cover or a heavy towel completely wrapped around the pack during application. The pack dimensions are half size, measuring 5" x 12", and it is available in a case of 12.
