The Relief Pak® Hotspot® Moist Heat Pack, designed specifically for the neck, measures 9" x 24" and provides a simple and effective method of applying moist heat. It delivers 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat, which helps soothe discomfort associated with stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. The pack can be heated using various methods, including in water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit. For safe application, it is recommended to use a Relief Pak® cover or to completely wrap the pack with a heavy towel. The pack is suitable for future use once treatment is complete.
