Relief Pak® moist heat packs and covers provide an effective method for applying moist heat, delivering 30 minutes of therapeutic warmth designed to alleviate discomfort associated with stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. The pack can be heated using water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit, and it is reusable for future treatments. It is important to always apply the moist heat pack with a Relief Pak® cover or a heavy towel fully wrapped around it. Each standard-sized pack measures 10" x 12" and is available in a case of 12.
