It includes a heavy-duty vinyl exterior and a bentonite clay interior, ensuring durability and performance. The pack can be placed in a chilling unit or freezer and remains pliable and soft even below freezing temperatures. It maintains a therapeutic temperature level for up to thirty minutes. The pack measures 11 inches by 21 inches, making it suitable for larger treatment areas. For safe use, the chilled pack should be wrapped in a towel before application.
