Relief Pak® Cold and Hot Donut® Compression Sleeve compress offers heat therapy, cold therapy, and compression. The roll-on pack is easy to apply and stays in place without straps, providing cold or hot treatment to soothe discomfort from arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises, and swelling. Simply heat the pack in the microwave to make it warm, or chill it in the freezer to make it cool. Each pack comes with a compression sleeve to wear between the pack and your skin, and the pack is non-toxic. The small size is designed for a circumference of 4" to 10" and comes in a case of 10.
