Relief Pak® moist heat packs and covers are designed for effective application of moist heat therapy, providing 30 minutes of therapeutic warmth to alleviate discomfort from conditions such as stiff neck, backache, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. The pack can be heated using water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit, ensuring convenient usage. For safety and optimal results, it is recommended to apply the moist heat pack with a Relief Pak® cover or a heavy towel completely wrapped around the pack. The kit includes a HotSpot® moist heat pack and a circular terry foam-fill cover.
