Beads and cotton combine to provide soothing moist heat in the THERA-TEMP® packs, which produce moist heat by drawing moisture from humidity in the air and retaining it in the therapeutic beads. The kit includes a universal wrap measuring 9" x 12" along with a 3" x 27" belt. Simply place the pack in the microwave to heat, with no water needed.
