Relief Pak® moist heat packs and covers are designed to provide a simple and effective method of applying moist heat for therapeutic purposes. Each moist heat pack delivers 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat to alleviate discomfort associated with stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. The pack can be heated in water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit, and can be stored for future use after treatment. It is essential to apply the moist heat pack with a Relief Pak® cover or a heavy towel completely wrapped around it for safety. The HotSpot® moist heat pack and cover set includes a standard pack with a terry cover and foam-fill, ensuring effective heat retention and comfort.
