Relief Pak® Cold and Hot Donut® Compression Sleeve Compress offers heat therapy, cold therapy, and compression for effective relief. The roll-on pack is designed for easy application and remains securely in place without the use of straps. It provides either cold or hot treatment to alleviate discomfort associated with arthritis, sprains, strains, bruises, and swelling. To use, simply heat the pack in a microwave for warm therapy or chill it in a freezer for cool therapy. Each pack is accompanied by a compression sleeve for added comfort, which should be worn between the pack and the skin. The pack is non-toxic and accommodates a finger circumference of up to 1 inch.
