The Re-Usable Hot Button® Hot Pack is designed for easy activation and reusability. Upon activation, the pack heats up to approximately 130°F (54°C) and remains hot for at least 30 minutes. It can be recharged for future use by boiling it for approximately 10 minutes, allowing for at least 100 activations. The contents of the Hot Button® are non-toxic food additives, ensuring safety during use. To activate the pad, gently flex the disk inside back and forth until the pad begins to crystallize. For cold therapy, refrigerate the pack but do not freeze. To return it to a liquid state, wrap the pad in cloth and submerge it in boiling water for 5 to 12 minutes. The pack is small, measuring 3.5" x 5.5", and is available in a case of 12.
