Relief Pak® moist heat packs and covers are designed for the effective application of moist heat, offering 30 minutes of therapeutic relief for discomfort associated with stiff neck, backache, arthritis, sprains, and bruises. The moist heat packs can be heated in water on a stove, in a microwave, or in a heating unit, making them versatile for various heating methods. After use, the packs can be stored for future applications. It is recommended to always apply a moist heat pack with a Relief Pak® cover or a heavy towel completely wrapped around the pack. The pack dimensions are 10" x 24", and it is available in a case of 12.
