The Re-Usable Hot Button® Hot Pack is designed to instantly become hot upon activation of the internal button, maintaining its heat for at least 30 minutes. This pack can be recharged for future use by boiling it for approximately 10 minutes, allowing for at least 100 activations. The contents of the Hot Button® are common non-toxic food additives, ensuring safety during use. To activate the pad, gently flex the disk within it back and forth until crystallization begins, resulting in a heating temperature of approximately 130°F (54°C). For cold therapy, the pack can be refrigerated but should not be frozen. To return the pack to its liquid state, wrap it in cloth and immerse it in boiling water for 5 to 12 minutes. The product dimensions are standard at 5" x 15".
