The Relief-Pak® Cold N' Hot® compress features a comfortable soft fabric that conforms to the contours of your skin, providing gentle and frost-free application. Designed for versatile use, the compress can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer, offering effective relief for a variety of conditions. When heated, it alleviates discomfort associated with stiff necks, backaches, arthritis, sprains, and bruises; when chilled, it helps soothe injuries, muscle soreness, swelling, and tension headaches. The pack contains a non-toxic, non-crystallizing gel that maintains pliability in both heated and chilled states, ensuring optimal contouring to the body. Additionally, it can be secured in place using standard Velcro hooks. Each pack measures Small - 3" x 5" and is available in a case of 12.
